From our initial consultation, we will complete the complex forms required by the Social Security Administration and will gather all necessary medical and employment records needed to ensure your application is correctly and timely filed.

Our firm will communicate with both you and the Social Security Agency on a regular basis, keeping you fully informed as your claim progresses through the system. Our communications can either be in person, or by phone, video or even text messaging depending on your availability.

Unlike other larger national firms, you know that when your case goes to Court, your attorney will be Dennis Elfert. He will ensure that you are fully prepared for your hearing and will personally represent you in front of the Administrative Law Judge.

Should it be necessary to appeal any ‘denial’, our office will take your case through all appeals levels, including the Social Security Appeals division and the Federal Court system.
